This is a page dedicated to random reference sites. That mostly means
that it is stuff of which I want to not lose track, and which does not fit
any other category on my pages.
I'll start this page out with tax information sources:
Some sites on geneology (more my Dad's hobby than mine, but, as I mentioned, I
don't want to lose these).
Some general sites for expatriots and exchange programs:
- Fulbright Grants for U.S. Students
- Expat Forum
- IIE, who sponsor student exchanges.
- Jet program. This is a program for college graduates from
America, Australia, Germany, and France to teach their native language in
Japan for a year or three. (Sorry, I seem to have lost this link. I'll find
it fairly soon.)
- Safe Jobs in Japan. This
company helps organize for people to go to Japan to teach English. Because
of this, it has quite a bit of information about living in Japan, though
much of it is biased towards people wanting to teach there. Especially
check out their links page. It has links to many other sites, most of which
are link lists related to various Japan-centric or teaching-centric topics.
And a few completely random things:
My MapQuest Page,
which I've used for planning a few day trips.
The Time Service Dept, if you really
need to know what time it is.
Fellowship of the Holy Spirit
