Who am I? I've got a picture of myself here. That was me at my last job. My new office looks a little different.
I'm a computer programmer by trade, mostly using C and C++, but lately branching out into most forms of web development, including HTML, perl (CGI), Java, and JavaScript. ActiveX, at least thus far, is not for me. This page is mostly a list of my various interests, hobbies, and links to pages that I like to look at frequently. Unless I specify otherwise, I'm not endorsing anything by linking to a commercial site. If I do endorse it, it is purely because I appreciate their service. I'm not getting paid for it. (If I was, I'm sure I'd be more graphical.)
Fun and Games; a collection of things relating to various hobbies and amusements in which I indulge on occasion.
Audio / Video Shtuff: I put this page together when I was assembling my stereo system. If you're doing the same, you can probably find some useful information here. Even if you're not, there are some good movie-related pages.
Japanese Pages; various links relating to Japan or the Japanese.
Anime and Manga: My biggest hobby.
News and Sports: These pages could, perhaps, be better summarized as current events. I have links to a number of newspapers, as well as to various sports-related pages. On a somewhat related note, I try to keep track of the market, to see what is happening with investments and business. Going a little farther afield, I also like to read about history.
Stage Performances: Want to see if/when Phantom is coming to your town? This will tell you where to find out.
Having taken Latin, French, German, and Japanese, I've got a large interest in languages. This page isn't really finished, but it is finally in a usable state. If you want to send me email in a language other than english, feel free. The farther you get from one of the four languages mentioned above, however, the smaller my chances of understanding what you're saying...:>
Similarly, I'm interested in traveling.
I am also a brother of Alpha Phi Omega, so check out my chapter's homepage.
If you're in the same fantasy baseball league as I, check here for results and status.
I've written a few little Java applets, which are here.
