Resources

Below are some of the resources available to educators and students in the Harvard community. We hope you are able to take advantege of them.

Derek Bok Center
An educational consulting center for faculty, teaching fellows, and students. They offer special programs in education, and occasionally offer public lectures on topics in the general sciences.
Cabot Science Library
The main Science Library for the campus. Topics cover the general sciences as well as specialized topics. A great place to do research or to find quiet study space. Many classes that are videotaped in the Science Center lecture halls are kept here for people to view.
Collection of Historical Scientific Instruments
The Collection contains roughly 15,000 instruments—made obsolete by new technology—that date from 1450 to the present. The collection is open to the public. Recently the collection has moved from our basement to the first floor. Contact the History of Science Department for information on exact location and hours.
